Privacy policy

What we access
Sectivelle verifies Shopify session tokens and requests read_themes to list theme IDs, names and publication roles so you can choose where to add a section. Access tokens are held only during each request. We do not store your section content or tokens in a database.
Your content
Block settings, images and collection selections remain in Shopify. Your storefront renders those settings through Shopify’s theme app extension. We do not read customer records or orders, run storefront tracking, or send customer messages.
Hosting and logs
Our application server hosts the embedded library, examples, and support pages. Operational logs contain timestamps, paths, response status and timing; request bodies, query strings, tokens and IP addresses are excluded. Logs rotate and are retained for up to 14 days. Support emails you send are used to answer your request and retained only as needed to resolve it.
Removal and requests
Uninstallation removes access and the app’s storefront rendering. Shopify controls retention of theme settings and uploaded media. We acknowledge Shopify’s signed privacy webhooks; no separate customer dataset is held. Contact us for access or deletion requests concerning support correspondence.
